The South Hutchinson Community Center was completed in August 2016. It is available for rent each day of the week, 365 days per year from 5:00 a.m. to Midnight. The rental fees are as follows and are subject to change at the discretion of the South Hutchinson City Council.
Rental Fee $10 per hour (minimum 5 hours)
Multiple Booking Fee $20 paid by 2nd applicant
Deposit $50 refundable after inspection
Alcohol Deposit (Additional) $100 refundable after inspection
Technology Fee $20 (Microphones, TV, Sound)
Minimum rental time is 5 hours, maximum rental time is 48 hours. There is a 2 hour minimum between events scheduled on the same date. Each renter is only allowed to be in the building during their paid rental time. When renting please consider that this must include your set up, tear down and clean up time. Building capacity is 150 persons. Off street parking is available on the east and west sides of the building.
